Here's the answer to the implicit question, inserted at the top of a post you no doubt read about 2 years ago.

http://editingcircle.blogspot.com/2010/06/what-you-can-do-in-novel-that-you-cant.html

Jacqueline Lichtenberg
http://www.simegen.com/jl/Jacqueline Lichtenberghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01613040740264804278noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2336113277139874133.post-38235452652518806572010-06-15T06:34:56.567-07:002010-06-15T06:34:56.567-07:00I've seen all this, but still learning to appl...I've seen all this, but still learning to apply it myself, of course.

Hey, I have a question.

Since I have little time on the computer, due to my very busy life and Tendonitis, I work out stories in my head first.

I've noticed a story ALWAYS starts with the Catalyst! Then, I work through the rest of the story. And then I go back and start with the Opening Image and work through to the Catalyst. I didn't plan this. I just noticed I've been doing it. And it does seem to make the story creation process more efficient.

Hmm, I just knew there was a question in there somewhere, but it came out as an observation instead. Maybe my question is

"What's with that?"

If that makes sense.

'Cause I like to figure out why I do things, so if they're good things I can build on them, I suppose.Kimber Lihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03982239712083114488noreply@blogger.com
